If I could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? I would live right here in the USA, where else can a girl be anything she wants, including Mrs. Corporate America?
What’s the best advice that you have ever been given? There are two greats; the first is my favorite bible verse, “He who began a good work in you would be grateful to complete it.” Phil 1:6 The second was passed down by my mom, “stand strong in your truth, because you are enough.”
Who is your role model and why? My oldest son, he is a young adult with special needs, but he never allows his limitations to stop him from working diligently and maintaining a positive attitude.
What is something interesting about you? I flew an airplane on my birthday to overcome my fear of heights and invited my mother along. She is deathly afraid of heights. She doesn’t even like to ride the escalator.
Three words that best describe me? Ambitious ~ I truly embrace every opportunity to take things up a notch. Hilarious ~ Even when I am trying to be serious, I tend to make people laugh. Laughter cures everything. Committed ~ I am very careful to align myself with organizations and movements that empower women. Then, I do my very best to bring awareness to them.
Current Read? As an author, I have written many books and find myself reading my own titles more than others. I am currently reading Keys To Living Uncuffed~Women In Business. I love to examine the commonality between successful women. It challenges me to be better.
Favorite TV Show? I do not get the opportunity to watch a lot of television, but when I do, I love to watch Dr. Phil, he dissects problems and always offers a solution. That is how I live my life – perspective and forward motion.
